Original physical passport or valid UAE Emirates ID is strictly mandatory for all passengers at check-in (copies/digital photos are not accepted by UAE Civil Aviation).
Check-in is required at least 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure at the HeliDubai Helipad, Dubai Police Academy, Al Sufouh.
Maximum weight limit is 110–120 kg per seat depending on aircraft balance. Passengers are discreetly weighed upon arrival for flight safety.
Maximum capacity is 5 passengers per flight. Seating allocations are determined exclusively by the flight commander for weight and balance.
Children aged 2 years and above are permitted and must occupy their own dedicated seat with safety harness. Infants under 2 years are not permitted by GCAA regulations.
Expectant mothers up to 32 weeks of pregnancy may fly with an official medical fitness certificate from their physician.
Secure complimentary lockers are provided at the helipad terminal. Large bags, backpacks, and selfie sticks are not allowed inside the cabin.
All flights are subject to operational clearance by the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority and favorable weather conditions.
