Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Dream Night Tours LLC, we believe travel planning should be stress-free and transparent. As a licensed destination management company operating under the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DTCM), we offer clear and traveler-friendly cancellation and refund terms for all tours, desert safaris, and activity tickets.

1. Free Cancellation (Up to 24 Hours in Advance)

You can cancel most scheduled tours, shared desert safaris, dhow dinner cruises, and city sightseeing trips up to 24 hours before the activity starts (local Dubai time - GST) to receive a 100% full refund. No cancellation fees, processing penalties, or questions asked.

2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours & No-Shows

Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or start time are generally non-refundable, as vehicles, desert camp seating, and guides are already dispatched and reserved exclusively for you.
If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and location without prior notice, the booking is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

3. Weather & Safety Cancellations

Your safety is our top priority. In the rare event of severe weather conditions (such as high sandstorms in the desert, dense fog affecting flight/balloon operations, or UAE Coast Guard marine weather advisories impacting boat and yacht cruises), we will:

Offer you the choice to reschedule your experience to a convenient alternate date; or
Issue an immediate 100% full refund if rescheduling does not fit your travel itinerary.

4. Attraction & Theme Park Tickets

Certain fixed-dated attraction admissions (such as Burj Khalifa At The Top, Museum of the Future, and select theme park entry passes) operate under non-refundable venue rules once tickets and barcodes have been issued by the developer. These specific non-refundable conditions are always clearly indicated on the product page before you book.

5. Refund Method & Processing Time

All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during checkout (Credit/Debit Card via our secure gateway). Card refunds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank processing times.
